Yeah, Lungbarrow is a house. What chapter is it? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ www.chakoteya.net/DoctorWho/14-3.htmSPANDRELL: To the Castellan of the Chancery Guard. I've good reason to think the life of His Supremacy the President is in grave danger. Do not ignore this warning. The Doctor. And he signed it over the Prydonian Seal. ENGIN: Apparently he is or was at one time a member of that noble Chapter. SPANDRELL: How can you tell? ENGIN: Well, the biog data extracts of Time Lords are colour coded according to Chapter. My interpretation is that it's simply a notation change. The Chapter formality layer was mutely ignored/stored away for the duration, (to both streamline the War effort and symbolically follow the War King's example as part of the dynamism he introduced/inspired) whereas the Imperatrix and Rassilon imposed it. Basically everyone just didn't bother showing the Chapter names and ceremonial regalia and the, "name" Houses, (eg: Prydon) were replaced in prominence, (eg: House Dvora replaced House Prydon as the lead Chapter House). The individual: Citadels/cities and academies still exist and go by the Chapter name, (eg: The Prydon Citadel/city and academy isn't renamed Dvora). (Spandrell and Engine maybe from Servitor Houses, which don't seem to be bound to chapters? I'm not sure). ExamplesPre War: The Doctor of House Lungbarrow, Prydonian Chapter. During War: The Doctor of House Lungbarrow. Pre War: Stephen Carter, Baron Carter of Barnes. During War: Baron Stephen Carter.

ENGIN: Well, the biog data extracts of Time Lords are colour coded according to Chapter. And that conflicts with the existence of the Gallifrey Examining Bureau, which sorts candidates into Chapters. Biodata can be modified. Are biog data extracts even something inate to the Time Lord or does it refer to how the Citadel sorts its internal records?

I think it's meant to be just Capitol Citadel's internal recording methodology not stores of active biodata. Whomever wrote the War King focused entries at least knows of The Deadly Assassin as they refer to the data storage/transfer medium as coils when referring to his criminal history, ("taxing almost two whole data coils"). I'd guess the .G.E.B. still operates much as before only dealing primarily with loom borns and possibly the issue of mixed chapter parentage if it occurs, (though on Gallifrey 8 it'd be treated more as mixed House then mixed Chapter).

By the way, someone shared with me what purports to be Simon Bucher-Jones' own list of the entries he wrote. Listed alphabetically: Apportation Arpexia (House) some of Briefings some of Brookhaven Burlesque devices Confusion D-Mat Dvora (House) Entarodora some of Faction Holywood Fat, the Forced Regen Ghost Clusters Gravity Spiders HEM Hollow Spectaculars some of The Hollywood Bowl Shooting House of the 7 Gables Intercreationals Jungle Children "Killerbots" (Autonomic) Linecrux (House) some of Lords Celestial Memeovore Miraflex (House) "Monsters" Coda "Mystery of Edwin Drood" Nechronomancers Noosphere Order of the White Peacock "Probability" Doctrine Production Hell Redemption Cults Scarratt Space (Five Famous Battles) "Through the Eye of Eternity" Time-Thickening Tracolix (House) Utterlost Vaccinations (Temporal) The Walking Dead Women (Dressing Up as) Xenoprediction Quintessence "You" Diversions Zero-Time And grouped by placement in the Design Specs reading order: The History of Earth: Ghost Clusters; Walking Dead; Scarratt The A-Z of the War: Entaradora; "Monsters" Coda; Xenoprediction; "You" Diversions; "Probability" Doctrine; Confusion; Utterlost; Zero Time; Gravity Spiders; Time-Thickening; Apportation; Women (Dressing Up as); Nechronomancers; HEM; Intercreationals; Quintessence; Redemption Cult; Forced Regen Missions; D-Mat; Burlesque Devices; "Killerbots" (Autonomic); Vaccinations (Temporal) Houses and Orders: Jungle Children; Arpexia (House) The History of the Homeworld: Dvora (House); Lineacrux; Noosphere; Space (Five Famous Battles) The Shift's Story: some of Lords Celestial; Memeovore The City of the Saved: Mirraflex (House) Faction Hollywood: some of Brookhaven; some of Faction Hollywood; Fat; Hollow Spectaculars; some of Hollywood Bowl Shooting; House of the Seven Gables; "Mystery of Edwin Drood"; Order of the White Peacock; Production Hell; "Through the Eye of Eternity" The End: some of Briefings Coda: Tracolix (House)
This is a long list of entries, which makes sense, since SBJ is known to have contributed more material to The Book than any other writer besides Miles (although Daniel O'Mahony has said that it was very close). And sure enough, it includes all the entries of "The A-Z of the War", with the exception of Ordifica and Leviathans. Kudos to SBJ and this list's anonymous donor!

Huh, didn't expect him to be responsible for so much of the Faction Hollywood stuff, but I guess it makes sense since he came up with the Order of the White Peacock.
