Lolita takes the title of War Queen after devouring the War King. However her leadership as head of the presidency and ruler of the Homeworld is short lived as she is soon deposed and possibly destroyed. Now we know that for a significant amount of time (possibly indefinitely possibly not) the War carried on well after Lolita’s downfall. Most of the high council where presumably destroyed when Justine and the Mal’akh attacked. So the question is who succeeded Lolita? Did some notable member from the Great Houses take the throne? Or did the presidency just go back to a line if nameless individuals? on a side note what does it mean by the fact that the Enemy did not win (or at the least completely change the natur of the war in there favour) during this massive power vacuum? As loosing most of your leadership clearly put you at a major disadvantage? Of course Lolita may be the leader of the Enemy and they may have a suffered a similar power vacuum? (if they exist or if they even have a concept of leadership as Lolita may simply have been taking advantage of them or another independent power like her niece Compassion.)

The identity of the immediate successor is something Obverse has shied away from, being that it would be prime real estate for a continuation of the FP audios' storyline — so it doesn't have an official answer as yet.
As regards the supposed power vacuum, line-of-succession protocols are a priority for any military power embroiled in a crisis — we must assume that there were clear policies in place as to who would assume command in place of the War Council if it were to be wiped out. (This person may have been a regent, distinct from the official crowned successor; that choice might conceivably be the subject of too much politicking to be done and over with in a day…)
Besides, the Houses have redundancies on a very massive scale, to say the least. Even if the War King & Lolita's Homeworld fell to paralysis before it could replace them, I imagine this would just result in the second-most-influential Cloneworld gaining ascendancy over the others, and picking up the slack before it made a material difference on the War front.

These are all questions that probably should've been answered years ago, if not for Obverse's aforementioned avoidance of moving the overarching story of FP forward. Although in fairness, that seems to be a thing with every publisher to have held the licence. The books seem averse to forming any kind of greater arc, anyone know if there's a reason for that?
Anywho, I tend to agree with Aristide that they probably just moved and set up shop on another Homeworld. I mean I know I'd move if I had a vampire monkey infestation...

Only half-related to the topic, but I just remembered Lolita's baby. I reckon that'll be relevant at some point, although I doubt it's in charge of the Houses. Never say never, though, perhaps we'll see them as the new War Monarch in future stories. Some sort of Boss Baby, if you will.
