What entry in the Book of the War mentions Elizabeth Canning? TARDIS wiki says she's referenced in the Book, but my copy isn't searchable.

Good find Peter.
Tardis Wiki recently added the ability to do more specific citations: we can finally cite individual entries instead of the whole book. So I went in and added the specific citation link to where she's mentioned!

Thanks! Looking over the entry I see that Robert Scarrat arranged the whole affair, which lines up with why I was asking - recently I was reading on Wikipedia about the historical Canning and was pleasantly surprised by this:
"She recalled hearing the name "Wills or Wells", and as she had seen through the window a coachman she recognised, thought she had been held on the Hertford Road. On this evidence, John Wintlebury and a local journeyman, Robert Scarrat, identified the house as that of "Mother" Susannah Wells at Enfield Wash, nearly 10 miles (16 km) distant."
