1.While everything in the Eleven Day Empire is a, "shadow" and thus entirely black can they be painted and or have things bolted to them or not?
2.Do the patchwork time periods only contain things from those time periods or could they also contain things that didn't exist, (eg: Vehicles that never left the drawing board)?

Yeah, new stuff can be constructed in the Eleven Day Empire. There are plenty of repurposed buildings that have new things bolted to them. I like to think that the Eleven Day Empire draws on all the Londons that ever existed: past, present, future and fictional.

Well it most definitely draws on fictional as shown in the online tour of the Eleven Day Empire.

Not convinced the entire Empire is fully black, pretty sure the "shadow" is, in part, just metaphorical. So yes modification is possible. 2. Well, they took the Houses of Parliament from the point in time after the fire which they helped cause by the Ourborors Machine or whatever it was called.

Then I'd like to suggest the Lippish P.13a as being among the Empire's mentioned flying machines, (with the appropriate scifi weaponary installed). Why? 1.It's design deliberately goes against conventional aircraft design. 2.Is a paradox as it was never built and might not of worked, (opinion seems divided). 3.It's nature as a coal power supersonic ramjet would appeal to both the Faction's eccentricity and fit in with the Empire's temporal patchwork nature.
